I got these recipes from my sister and we love them! Super easy!!
Sloppy Joes
1-pound Hamburger (ground beef), brown & drain hamburger.
Add enough catsup to make it saucy, 1 TBS of prepared mustard, 2 TBS brown sugar, 2 tsp. vinegar, a little garlic powder, salt & pepper.
After I heat it up, I taste it and see if it needs a little more zing. I add more vinegar OR if too zingy I add more brown sugar.
Taco Meat
1-pound hamburger (ground beef)
1 - 2 TBS water
healthy dose of chili powder
dash red pepper flakes
garlic powder
salsa (occasionally)
Brown meat and drain. Add water, chili powder, red pepper flakes and garlic powder. Let simmer 5 minutes and taste.
